Chao is an artist from Taiwan and now based in Groningen, he used mix media as a material to create visuals, with personal experience and connection with surroundings as based to create different series of projects.Graduated from Frank Mohr Institute (MFA in MADTech) in 2023. Also earned his BA from Shih Chein University (Communciations Design) in 2018 and a MA from National Chen Kung University (Technology and Art) in 2020.
